GEEP Loan Application Portal
The Federal Government has launched an application portal for the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) Loan. The federal government last two months ago used the Data collectors and enumerators to collect data manually for Nigerians interested in free interest loan under the GEEP program.
The Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) program was launched in 2016 under the leadership of Muhammadu Buhari.
The Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) was launched and works under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation and its part of the National Social Investment Programme.
About GEEP Program
The Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) is a key initiative under the National Investment Promotion Agency (NSIPA). Designed to enable financial inclusion and economic empowerment, GEEP provides interest free, low interest loans to small farmers, micro-entrepreneurs, artisans, and women entrepreneurs across the country.

GEEP Loan Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Nigerians aged between 18 years or younger.
- Must have an active Bank account.
- Must have an active Bank Verification BVN
- Must have a valid National Identification Number NIN
- Must fill an online application form
- Must be part of the selected areas such includes Marker, Trader or Farmer.
- Must provide a Guarantor details.
Components of GEEP Loan
1. FarmerMoni: FarmerMoni provides free internet loans range between 100,000 to ₦300,000 to smallholder farmers, helping the farmers to acquire seeds, fertilizers, equipment, and other essential items. The program is designed to empower smallholder farmers, improve their productivity and encourage farmers to thrive.
2. MarketMoni: MarketMoni provides a free interest loans range to ₦100,000 to women small marketers. This interest free low access women to credit, beneficiaries can improve their working capital, refinance, and grow their businesses.
3. TradeMoni: TraderMoni is designed for small traders, artisans, and small business owners. It provides quick and easy loans of up to ₦100,000, enabling traders to increase their inventory, improve their income, and strengthen their businesses.
