Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
The Jubilee Fellows Programme Nigeria is a programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). It seeks to address the challenge of unemployment by connecting talented Nigerian graduates with opportunities to work in Host Organizations across the country by providing experience, building skills, and preparing the future workforce.
We are excited to launch Nigeria Jobilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0, a robust version of the program designed to connect highly skilled graduates in Nigeria with real job opportunities across the country. Whether you are looking to jumpstart your career, build valuable skills, or make an impact in your field.
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme 2.0 application portal will be opens on October 22th, 2025. Nigerian who are recently graduated from University or polytechnic, as per as you have the application requirements you can apply.

Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this programme, Candidates must have the following requirements:
- Been a Nigerian Citizen
- Fresh graduates of bachelor degrees or HND Certificate with a minimum of second class lower division (2:2) and Upper credit class (3.00) respectively.
- Aged between 18 to 30 years
- Posseses Bachelor Degrees or HND Certificate
- Been an unemployment graduates
- Proficiency in English for Written and Verbal communication
- Completed NYSC serving and or exemption serving issue from NYSC board
- Show a demonstrate in chosen career discipline.

Benefits of Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme
Below are some of the NJFP benefits beneficiaries will gain:
- Receive a monthly Stipends of N100,000 up to 12 months (one year).
- Receive a 12 months of work experience in Public or private institutions.

NJFP Application Process
1. Application: Applicants are to submit an application form via the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme application portal. All interested applicants will submit an online application form which will be reviewed by the NJFP review committee.
2. Assessment: This process consists the assessment for the applicants who successfully submitted an application form. This assessment may involves Apptiude test, interview etc.
3. Selection: NJFP board committee will select the best candidates based on their academic records and the aptitude test and interview conducted. NJFP board selection is based on merit, academic performance and performance in aptitude test and interview screening.
4. Onboarding: This is the initial stage where selected fellows are introduced to the program, host organizations, and their roles. It is a crucial step in setting the tone for the fellowship.
5. Placement: Fellows are matched with host organizations based on their skills, interests, and organizational needs. This stage involves assigning fellows to specific roles and ensuring a smooth transition.
6. Offboarding: This stage marks the end of the 12-month fellowship program. Fellows complete their assignments, and host organizations provide feedback on their performance. The program also evaluates the fellows’ progress and impact.
7. Talent Hub: After completing the program, fellows become part of a network that provides ongoing support, mentorship, and career development opportunities. The Talent Hub aims to foster a community of talented young professionals who can learn from each other, access job opportunities, and contribute to Nigerians development.

Interested and eligible Nigerian graduates shall follow the method of application to apply for the programme:

- Click on the Apply to create an account and access to application.
- Sign in to your account with details and start application.
- Complete all the required fields and uploads documents required.
- Review all the details, ensure are correct and accurate and Submit Application form
