Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation (RTEF) Scholarships
Ruth Titilayo Foundation is a foundation designed to provides Secondary School Scholarship, Polytechnic Scholarship, Undergraduate Scholarship, Postgraduate scholarship and Vocational and Technical Scholarship across Nigeria.
The Ruth Scholarship programmes is an initiatives to offers scholarship to Nigerians students from Secondary School, and tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The Ruth Titilayo Foundation scholarship application portal is opens each year to eligible and interested Nigerian studying in secondary school and the tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
The Ruth Titilayo Foundation scholarship application portal is usually commenced on on October 1st, 2025 and will be closes on October 31st, 2025. All qualified candidates will be shortlist on 11th November, 2025 and also undergo an interview and CBT scheduled to kick off on December 2025.

Ruth Titilayo Secondary School Scholarship 2025/2026
The Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is delighted to offer a scholarship granted to Nigerian Students who are currently studying in Secondary Schools across Nigeria. This Scholarship is among the Ruth Titilayo educational foundation programme designed to support Nigerian students.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates currently studying in secondary school and wishes to enjoy the Ruth Titilayo scholarship meets all following requirements:
- Been a registered/enrolled students during the time of this application
- Been Performed in Common Entrance Examinations
- Having an excellent academic credentials in their secondary school.
Benefits of Ruth Titilayo Secondary School Scholarship
- Access to N100,000 tuition allowance annually.
- Access to N15,000 Maintenance allowance to cover such maintenance expenses.
Ruth Titilayo Undergraduate Scholarship 2025/2026
The Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is delighted to offer a scholarship granted to Nigerian Students who are currently studying undergraduate programmes in State or Federal University across Nigeria. This Scholarship is among the Ruth Titilayo educational foundation programme designed to support Nigerian students with grant to cover their all expenses.

Eligiblity Criteria
To apply for Ruth Titilayo Undergraduate Scholarship programme must fulfill the requirements below:
- Must be either citizens or residents of Nigeria.
- Must be the aged of between 18-25 years (Not greater than 25 years old)
- Must be a registered/enrolled students during the time of this application
- Must have obtained a GPA of at least 4.0 in scale of 5 point.
- Final year Students are also qualified to apply for the Scholarship.

- Award value to N100,000 tuition allowance annually.

Ruth Titilayo Postgraduate Scholarship 2025/2026
The Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is delighted to offer a scholarship granted to Nigerian Students who are currently studying Postgraduate Programmes in State or Federal University across Nigeria. This Ruth Titilayo Postgraduate scholarship Programme is specifically opens for Postgraduate students to awarded tuition fees and Living costs to cover all their expenses.

Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate Students Must:
- Hold a Bachelor degree with a minimum of second class degree (2:1) or First class division.
- Must be a registered students at the time of scholarship application form
- Hold a degree from a Nigerian university (this can be either a master’s degree or an additional degree of the applicant).
- Final year undergraduate students are not eligible to apply this Postgraduate scholarship.

Ruth Titilayo Technical & Vocational Scholarship 2025/2026
The Ruth Titilayo Foundation is pleased to offer a scholarship, which is awarded to successful students who have ambitious or currently enrolled in two year accredited Vocational Education Institutions (VEIs) as defined by the Ministry of Education.
